Perpetual license terms

These terms are a practical product summary and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before commercial launch.

License grant

A purchase grants the named business a perpetual, non-transferable right to use the purchased Ultimate Repair Shop version within the purchased workstation and named-user limits.

Capacity

Each active workstation requires a PC entitlement. Each active technician account requires a named-user entitlement. The included owner administrator does not consume a technician entitlement.

Updates

The initial purchase includes the update period shown at checkout. The installed software remains licensed after update coverage ends, but later releases require a new update pass.

Restrictions

The customer may not publish, resell, sublicense, share license credentials outside the licensed business, bypass entitlement controls, or distribute modified copies.

Data and backups

The customer controls its repair-shop data and is responsible for verified backups, secure server operation, and lawful handling of customer information.

Support and liability

Support, refund, warranty, and liability terms must be stated in the final commercial agreement supplied by the publisher.
